All shipments are made via GLS , a reliable and fast courier, which allows you to monitor the delivery status in real time via tracking code.

⏱️ Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving payment.
• Once the package has been entrusted to the courier, delivery times are as follows: Campania: 24/48 working hours Rest of Italy: 2–4 working days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your GLS tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

We ship throughout Italy , including Sicily and Sardinia .
We do not currently ship internationally .

📩 Damaged or lost package

If your package is damaged, tampered with, or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date by writing to jackerosstellarshop@gmail.com , including your order number and any photos of the package.
